There is so much focus on the pregnancy and labor/delivery, but what about after the baby is born? As a postpartum doula, my mission is to serve and support you after birth. There’s so much that happens when you arrive home with that new baby and yet the care for you afterwards is minimal. 

My goal is to take some of the weight off your shoulders and remove the stress that comes with a new baby. I have the knowledge and support to offer once you bring your sweet baby home. Whether you are first time parents or parents of multiples, each baby is a new adventure! 

What can you expect from me? When I arrive at your home, I assess the situation and chat with you to figure out what needs to be addressed first. Whether you need me to hang with the baby so you can shower or nap, or just want to snuggle your baby and allow me to prepare meals and clean up; I’ve got you! 

When you’re overwhelmed, I’m a safe space to listen and allow you to express your emotions openly. You’re able to tell me exactly what you need and expect that whatever that may be will be taken care of. It’s honestly such a relief as a new mama because so often we feel like the burden is solely on us to take care of everything! 

BONUS: I'm also a Certified Lactation Counselor, meaning if you are having any issues or concerns regarding breastfeeding, I'll be right there to assess the issue, address your concerns, and create a personalized care plan just for you.

So why do you need me? I’m sure you’ve heard that it “takes a village” when having a new baby and it absolutely does! However, for most mamas now a days, that “village” no longer exists. Today’s society runs off “busy” and new mamas don’t get the support like they did in the past. There’s nobody coming to clean your home, cook for you, check in our your physical healing, and support your emotional wellbeing...all while you’re recovering and adjusting to life with a new baby.

That’s where I come in!

Allow me to be your village and ease the transition of bringing a new baby home.
